................

this morning, mrs goh announced to us to pardon her handwriting in our report books. it then dawned upon us that she actually wrote a message in all our report books. hello. close to 400 "personalised" messages?!! and i thought writing those valentine's notes were tough enough. i guess not.

"seline, work hard and perservere in the months to come. an L1R5 of less than 10 is certainly possible. you can do it!"

right. great. i'm just glad she didnt faint at the sight of my horrendous PPR grade. whoever gets 23 for a term 1 PPR i wonder. >:(

....................

10 minutes after holding my report book, sadliness sank in. it's the sec 4 year now. 3 more terms and i'll be sitting for the big Os. yet, an L1R5 of 20 plus?? how bad can it get. sighs.

luckily my beloved tablemate jf was around as usual to offer hugs, sweet notes/letters and food to cheer me up. (= sometimes its simple gestures like these which are really heartwarming.

it's okay, gambeteh! we'll all work hard and make it to the finishing line together, with a gold medal to boot (in emily chua's words)! =D

........................

the URA trip was weird though. all we did on the so called learning journey was to run around hiding from one another or jumping out and scaring fellow classmates. -.-

so much for URBAN REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY. so much for LEARNING JOURNEY.

oh wells. at least each of us went home with an extra half a brownie each, a scoop of ice cream plus fries for FREE in our stomachs afterward. what a show of adrian wong's generosity towards his form class hoho.

*stomach rumbles*
