i truly admire and respect peirce secondary's symphonic band's enthusiasm in practising their music pieces all morning and afternoon and cheering their lungs out every interval. i truly do. how else better to rightify the phrase practice makes perfect...

but i would seriously appreciate them more if they do their daily practices in a soundproof room. the playings of "its a small world after all"(we KNOW its a small world. how else are there only billions of humans on this planet?? i wonder) and some other music pieces are not exactly what one would call soft. in fact, the pieces sound hauntingly near even though the school's a good few hundred metres away. sound travels pretty far i guess.

right.

OH GOSH i wish i had ear plugs! it's been on for FIVE consecutive days!

we better think thrice before getting a house near a school next time.............

but for now the piece they're playing is oddingly soothing though. i better go resume my sleeping before the really small world wakes me up again. come now. what about pirates of the carribean to lull us to sleep..?
