gosh, losing track of days is not exactly a good sign, especially when u think its a saturday when it's obviously already the dreaded sunday. it just gets worse when u find out you haven touched anything related to school at all.

anyway, i encountered something funny yesterday.. while i was on my way home from amk station i decided to stalk a little girl for my own amusement since the long walk home will probably be boring. she was obviously, with her parent, so kidnapping her(at least,until my block) was out of question. i amused myself by shadowing her every move(like skipping a little, sticking out a leg, hopping to her left, hopping to her right...) and was laughing soundlessly and shaking like a maniac when it occurred to me that the street didnt belong to me alone. i whipped around immediately to see if anyone had seen what i was doing....

PHEW, it was just another little girl, but this time, not so little.. about 10 or 11, probably walking home after her tuition/outing/running away from home/returning home from school. after i smiled brightly at her (she was so cute!)she stared at me blankly, and ran up the nearest stairs and continued running. ERM. ERM HELLO? hmm, til today(one day after), i still believe deep down in my heart that the little girl probably had a curfew at home and could not return home a second late. yes, i guess that's a logical explaination for running away like that. (= well but she could've at least smiled back at me so that i would not misunderstand........

okok, so, thinking back, it must have been freaky for the kid. but how was i to know she was tailing me all along?? she might have wanted her own amusement too... and for goodness sake, it was just some uh, copycat actions. she didnt have to run away like that. .. ..? aargh so maybe i'd have done that too... but, im just a kid like her too!

anyway, moral of the story? one does bizzarre things when trapped in boring circumstances. so, moral moral of the story?? my dad should pick me up from the station next time to stop me from "terrorising" little kids, who(did i ever mention before?) are really amusing.

okay.. backtracking a little, before i reached amk station, i was at singapore general hospital doing CIP with stef hsu and nic chang.. it hit me like a good bomb when i found out that i could actually make a quite presentable flower out of just crepe paper and some wire!! *smirks* coming from someone like ME, its quite a feat i must say! 3 of us went around giving the flowers plus other stuffs the volunteers made together with another nanyang girl.. and i learned 4 lessons from that 2 hour session.

1) old people are scared of toys

2) black birds mean bad luck

3) if you want to give a cute girl(wait, or was that kid a boy?) a cute handmade toy without a hand, pluck out the other hand. if the kid still don't like it, pluck off both legs, trust me, he'll be happier.

4) its hard to climb into the hospital beds

erm ya. so backtracking again, we finally watched harry potter and the order of pheonix(yeah, quite late eh). quite disappointing for a book so full of details. it's as though the director missed out some important parts of the book and instead added in stuffs which were irrelevant if you've read the entire series. sighs. my instinct tells me the half blood prince wouldnt fare any better.... UNLESS they get a director who's an avid reader of harry potter and fully understands the plot...

FAST FORWARD= i should practise scrabble and stop blogging. after all, champions league is looming overhead, about just 6 days away. BUT, im rereading the harry potter series!!! GRR. byebye for now. i shall go flip a coin and see which is more important.

heads will force me to practise scrabble.

tails will mean i should reread the entire harry potter series AGAIN. i swear after the many times i've read each book, i just never get sick of it.. one can only wonder if spells are cast on those books itself.. like i dunno, enchantment spell?? ENCHANTO!

if its none of the above, like if the coin falls behind a cabinet or shelf or whatever, i'll continue surfing the net. =D
