hmm.. it was weird... yesterday miss rockey called christine, isabella and me to see her outside the class while we were having some useless PBL thingy.. and it turned out that she was giving out the invitations to the Enhanced Curriculum classes.. christine got offered the more prestigious one, the triple science option whereas isabella and myself were offered option C1A, the humanities EC class.. my first reaction was: "heng ah" at least i got offered something to prove to me that hard work does pay off.. but the second part of me was immediately thinking:"should i accept this so called invitation?" let me weigh the pros and cons..

Pros:
- its a whole new experience
- EC sounds more prestigious
- being in a better class can motivate me to do better
- if i accept the invitation, does it mean that i can finally take higher chinese again?
- its nice to make new friends.
- according to my sister, EC classes are usually more privileged.

Cons:
- its tough to make new friends from scratch.
- the bulk of our PPRs might come from projects since there's supposedly no tests, which will be disastrous for me.
- i'll no longer have the luxury of topping my class in anything anymore..

haiz! i dunno! lets just wait til the meet the parents day and i'll try to listen to the teachers talk to see what EC is really all about.. i guess i'll also ask around.. if any of my frens are choosing option C1A too.. then i'll have an easier choice..

hmm.. im done blogging i guess. after this i still have to go watch full house on youtube.. its so funny!! haha.. yay! my dad finally agreed to take us to either hong kong or taiwan this year since both my sister and i garnered pretty okay results.. (: we took home a whole stash of travel brochures when we went to shop at people's park just now.. wah.. cant wait for it mann!! maybe, who knows, we might even end up in the same tour group as our previous china trip people.. hehe.. wadever. (:
