hmm, it's been quite some time since i last posted here. the first week of school was terrible. the bio test they smacked us with on friday was a "gone case scenario" for me. i'll probably have to buck up on my chem to do better. haiz. to be tian sheng horrendous in science is the worst thing that can possibly happen. which means that i'll have to settle for econs after secondary school.. i shall recap my week. since school has reopened, i hope there are more stuffs for me to crap about. otherwise my sister and isabelle they all are probably going to slam me for writing so much on soccer.

monday: suffered from a bout of monday blues and as a result, i cant remember anything that happened.

tuesday: aargh. i became bolder today and ponned comm meeting to go home and study science. mrs khong is probably going to haunt me down and give me an earful. but no matter, i guess it's worth it. :) today, i watched brazil beat ghana 3-0 and france beat spain 3-1. my dad and sis were watching too but both couldnt seem to keep their eyes open. so i guess i was the only one who kept my eyes open thruout. my dad: once the commentator gets excited and yells a bit, he'll open his eyes for two seconds before closing them again til the next commentary yell. my sis: when a spain player's name is mentioned, she'll open her eyes. once the ball gets into the france half, bravo! the eyes are shut. all these i saw whilst watching the spain v france game. aiyo. so that's their opinion of "watching" the game. haha.. but i felt a little sad for spain.. after all they had the lion's share of possesion whereas france had little. but spain just couldnt create any clear cut chances despite have so much possesion. they failed to make use of it and their el nino didnt score any goals to help them equalise france. :( only david villa scored thru the penalty. haiz, now another one of my favourite team is out..

wednesday: ole ole ole ole! no school today.. because of the dunno what election day thing held some time ago. i thought i would have more time to study science but wth, i woke up at 12. i'm so becoming a sleeping monkey mann. so half of the day gone. ok then the remaining half of the day was forgotten. except that the i listened to the 2530 de xing fu and found the peter and meiqin character very funny. hmm. today felt funny. no soccer matches so no shouting commentator in the middle of the night.

thursday: we had our UNSW english writing thing today. it's about this weird brother who created a stupid time shuttler and the "me" character wanted to escort him there. uh. i know i wrote crap and will probably never get past the "credit" grade i got in sec 1. gah. i want my distinction! later on in the day, i found out that my sister's level had to write on the exact same thing! how embarrassing.. what if she gets a dist while i get a participation?? aiya. never mind, i shant' show her my grade next time then... we had cca today. the first real one since the end of term 2. found out my sister parted with the remainder of the scrabble money already. one hundred and fifty bucks! aargh. if only we didnt donate 250 dollars to the library, we could have kept the money for ourselves. hehe. anyway, we will be going to kino next week to purchase new books for the library. i played xinyi again this week for scrabble and it's no longer even and we're no longer on par for the head to head record. lol, did she lose her midas touch or something? with her bingo to my no bingo except for one late in the (airline) game when i had absolutely no place to put down, i actually thrashed her by like slightly over a hundred points. hmm. yeah. that was about all today. plus the fact that by the time i got home and removed my socks, my feet were covered with a layer of black dust. that's the state of cleanliness in our class. yuck, plus we were made to learn indian dance with our bare feet on the floor. :( still no soccer today. feels weird.

friday: as i have already mentioned upteenth times, i flunked my bio test. ah wells. i rushed home in time for my tuition and hurried thru it before going to rest. my mother told me about my p5 cousin, who didnt return home until 6 plus when she was supposed to be home by 1 plus. my mother and auntie were so worried they thought it might be another (choy!) huang na case. ahyo, they worry so much. isnt she already back at home now, safe and sound? but this cousin of mine, isnt she naughty. she should have informed her parents that she went to ther classmate's house to play. hahah. wadever. watched the germany match today. argentina were leading, til miroslav klose came to the rescue and fired one home in the 80th minute for their equaliser. and it went into penalties a while later before germany triumphed 4-2. i would call that the luck of the champions. but whether they really can or not will depend on how brazil perform in the supposed repeat final of 2002. in the other match, italy beat ukraine 3-0 and will meet germany in the semis.

saturday: finally, got to today. i'll be watching the england and portugal match today for sure. will it be dejavu or revenge? that's how stomp put it. i hope it'll be revenge for the englishmen. :)) even tho england is actually somewhat in a better state than portugal, they must beware sabrosa and maniche, who might be potential match winners. plus the fiery scolari.. anyway, i'll be cheering england on.. hopefully they find their socring boots and may eriksson have the winning formula soon!! GO ENGLAND. im sure nicole will be supporting them too, after all, she's living there now.. :) i would have written more... but my parents are gonna kill me.. so for now, bbye! :)
