our class had to go down to the delta sports complex to support the SNGS hockey C division team today... so i had to miss my CCA(and went thru so much trouble trying to find mrs tian or mrs khong. now i am beginning to think that the different recess time slots are a hassle. but it is just up to bee hoon to change it or wadever). luckily scrabble is over liao... otherwise i would have to miss the lesson i look forward to most each week. when we reached the complex, our school's supporters were really pathetic. the only people rooting for SNGS were a few PE teachers, our class and the hockey players. compare that to the other half of the spectator stand, where it was filled with at least a whole cohort of students from Sengkang secondary. when our class walked past those people, i could even hear all those whispers and laughter(so you all laughed at us. who had the LAST laugh eh??) from above.

so we settled down at our respective places and began to think of the cheers to TRY(of course i had to emphasize that)and match Sengkang's continuous shouts. but what we DID manage to do was squeak out some "GO ST NICKS". i was sitting beside jolene and huipin at that time and tried to watch it without fidgeting around too much. i failed, duh. i found myself turning my head around many times to survey the surroundings. there was this small group of Raffles Institution boys somewhere behind us and i was trying to figure out all along if it was sengkang or sngs they were rooting for. very boliao la, but sometimes(only sometimes)the match gets a little boring... oh ya! there was this girl(whom jolene thought was a boy!!!! :D )from sengkang who kept on falling down!!!! so damn irritating! we counted: she fell down 8 stunning times to break the record number of times i ever saw from soccer games. actually rite, i think it is a waste of talent. since she is soooo superb at acting, she might as well go join mediacorp and get PAID for it.

in the end, we won 2-0!!! it was really thrilling to see them score goals and we had to shout "HAO QIU! ZAI LAI- YI GE!" after each goal they scored. towards the end of the match, i saw a whole bunch of RI students come in to the complex. how surprising. isnt that none of their business? okie fine. so i was wrong. it is every bit their business. after all, their own school was playing against this school called SAINTS(should be SJI rite?) for the boys match. i stayed on for a short while to watch the raffles boys in green warm up on the pitch. they were all(the players, not the supporters) extremely dark and tanned... then i prepared myself for the rafflesian's trademark growl. it came soon after. "RAFFLES! RAFFLES!" growled the cavemen. then almost immediately, i heard a small group of them just behind me shriek with high pitched laughter. wow. i really take my hat off to them. one moment cheer so beary like and the other moment? they became girly. hmmmmm...?

after we had enough of howling(with laughter), isabelle(who is a hockey player too...), jolene, mabel, valery, me and a whole herd of sngs girls took off. most of us went home by MRT. but the sickening train came so fast that we had to run up the escalator... then when we were in the MRT, it was a really nice sight. one by one, the sngs girls alighted at different stops(i know i am sadistic) and a nice little thought struck me. so i said to isabelle cheerfully: " dont you think it is like a horror movie? one by one they all die..... only left so few of us here..... "

i went with isabelle to walk around AMK central for a short while before i took the bus back home alone(how lonely)... my mother almost chopped off my head when she saw me dash across the road... hehe... she told me there was two accidents on that road.... hmm... next time i should really think twice before i dash.

*argh. i haven done my tuition homework yet. i am dead meat.*
