dikir barat ( those people up there are no one i know, duh. it was just a picture which came in handy)


ahaha! fantastic! that dikir barat thing is finally over!!! how wonderful. to tell the truth, i skipped the so called rehearsal just so i wouldnt have to do that malay dance so many times. i learnt the steps on that day itself(which is today). hehe... i knew it was no point anyway. our class wont win... the two consolation prizes went to faith and hope. third prize went to grace. second prize went to (mr mohan was really disappointed. obviously. after he spent up so much of his dear money to sponsor his class's costumes, stage, mics, professional teachers, make up artist, they came in a disappointing second) wisdom. first prize(it was rather unexpected.) went to diligence. ok, so for most of the time in class, i was playing with those wax from the candles with valery, jolene, isabelle, alyssa, eileen and huipin. haha, that was really nice... the wax was damn hot and nice to touch and mould into different shapes and sizes. hmmm... but other than that, it was a rather fruitless and boring day. when i went home in the afternoon, i thought i could watch the horror movie we taped last night on our cable channel 56. argh. it turned out black and white and jerky. how disappointing. and halfway thru it, the football match of arsenal versus chelsea(chelsea won 2-1 in case you were wondering. i still follow up on football) zoomed into view, all shaky and with no colour. so there! our horror movie gone down the drain. but i cheered up soon. because our mom ordered us two regular size(we are not that greedy. one for lunch while the other is for dinner)pizzas. it was really nice, that aloha pizza. i can still feel it somewhat churning in my tummy.

i dread going to my aunty's house for BBQ tomorrow. ): i dread having to tape shooting stars and not watch it first hand. i dread going there just to die of boredom...


i look forward to wednesday!!!!!!!! that is when nicole they all will go out with me to watch charlie and the chocolate factory! ahaha. it has been some time since i last stepped into a cinema with them. hopefully, it will turn out really fun. cant wait. (:
